I oversaw the launch of our SMS Text messaging platform, Trumpia in 2019.

Responsibilities include:

• Provided branding requirements

• Created the data sets and then uploaded them into the backend of the platform

• Tested out the product with compliance team

• Designed training documents for employees

• Integrated corporate scheduling software for automating opt-ins

• Push out the SMS text messaging campaigns on a weekly basis

• Cleaning up the data base to make sure information is accurate and up to date.

I have opted in over 3,400 users in the last 5 years, and we have sent out over 150 text messages to users.
