Launched the employment search tool, Snagpad. Snagpad is a tool that allows users to get access to employment opportunities from our job developers and also keep track of their employment search through gamification.

Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up backend to configure all data sets with matching fields

• Uploaded all branding colors and logo’s

• Created accounts for all employees

• Designed training manuals and training videos

• Conducted over 40 live training sessions for over 300+ employees

• Analyze and report data on a weekly basis

• Serve over 2,500+ users who have used the platform
