Oversaw the project launch of our 2 website bot apps for DHS Client.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborated with developers to set up the web app

• Created the data sets to fit client services

• Uploaded the company’s branding into the backend

• Created employee’s accounts

• Managed training calls with live agents

• Communicated with corporate digital teams to troubleshoot issues

• Analyze & report data to internal stake holders

The bot app allowed over 700+ users to either get questions answered in a timely manner and we were able to have live agents support users with issues for their account.
